NextSale ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website https://nextsale.ai and the application at https://app.nextsale.ai (together, the "Service").

NextSale is a customer relationship and revenue operations tool. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you use the Service, including when you sign in using Google OAuth and when you connect Google Workspace services such as Gmail, Calendar and Drive to NextSale.

When you use NextSale, we may collect:

• Account preferences and settings
• The records you create inside NextSale — contacts, leads, projects, notes, action items, files, templates
• Any information you voluntarily submit through forms, support requests or onboarding surveys

b. Google OAuth & Google Workspace Information

If you sign in using Google OAuth or connect Google Workspace services to NextSale, we may receive and process the following based on the scopes you grant:

• Your Google account email address, profile name and unique Google user ID (sign-in)
• Gmail — message metadata, content of emails sent and received related to leads and contacts you track inside NextSale, drafts you author through the NextSale composer, and read/labels for inbox sync (gmail.readonly, gmail.send, gmail.modify, gmail.compose scopes as applicable)
• Calendar — events, attendees, scheduling availability and the right to create and update calendar events on your behalf (calendar.events, calendar.readonly scopes as applicable)
• Drive — file metadata and content you explicitly attach to NextSale through the Drive picker, scoped to the files you select (drive.file scope)
• Contacts / People — directory and contact information when used to enrich lead records (contacts.readonly scope as applicable)

We request only the scopes required to deliver the features you choose to use. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. We do not access your Google password.

c. Automatically Collected Information

We may collect limited technical data such as:

• IP address
• Browser type and version
• Device type and operating system
• Pages visited and feature usage
• Error and performance telemetry

This data is used only for service operation, analytics, debugging and security.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and operate NextSale, including the dashboards, pipeline, contact records, automations and AI assistant features you use
• Authenticate you via Google OAuth and other supported sign-in providers
• Sync emails, calendar events and Drive files you have authorised NextSale to access, so they appear inside the application alongside the leads and projects you have created
• Send emails on your behalf using your connected Gmail account when you explicitly send or schedule a message in NextSale
• Improve product functionality, fix bugs and improve performance
• Communicate important service-related updates
• Maintain security and prevent abuse

We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

3. Google API Services & Limited Use Disclosure

NextSale's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

• We only use Google user data to provide or improve user-facing features of NextSale that are prominent in the application's user interface
• We do not transfer Google user data to others except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets with notice to users
• We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements
• We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or for our internal operations and even then only when the data has been aggregated and anonymised

4. Data Storage & Location

NextSale data is stored on managed infrastructure provided by reputable cloud hosting and database providers. Data may be processed in regions including Australia, the United States and the European Union depending on the service provider. We choose providers that maintain industry-standard security certifications and contractual data protection commitments.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or trade personal data.

We may share information only:

• With trusted infrastructure providers (for example, hosting, database, email delivery and authentication services) acting on our instructions and bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations
• With AI providers (such as Anthropic and OpenAI) strictly for the purpose of producing the AI-powered features you use inside NextSale, with no training of their models on your data
• When required by law or legal process
• To protect the security or integrity of the Service or the safety of any person

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to maintain your account, provide the Service, and comply with legal obligations.
